Project completion for an industrial mango production company on 185 hectares involved the installation of a pumping station equipped with a John Deere thermal engine running at 1500 rpm and a CAPRARI pump, along with filtration in collaboration with our partner AMIAD, and a highly advanced fertilization station. Our team in West Africa executed the entire network, including collection and the setup of the drip irrigation system. Congratulations to them!
Our partnership with one of Europe's leading manufacturers of welded PE pipes has enabled us to carry out projects in irrigation, waste water and drinking water supply. These pipes are manufactured as follows: Extrusion moulding involves introducing high-density polyethylene in granular form into a cylinder containing a screw. The material is pushed, compacted and finally melted in the cylinder, then extruded in the head, to emerge in the form of a tube, film, sheet, profile and so on. The supply of welding machines with all their innovative accessories for the manufacture of pressurised water networks with a very long service life.
